Job Description
We are hiring an experienced Interior Designer to lead and deliver premium interior projects across the hospitality and residential sectors for a design firm based out of Greater Kailash, Delhi. This role requires strong conceptual ability, technical expertise, and hands-on experience managing projects from design development through on-site execution. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a design-and-build / turnkey environment, collaborating with architects, engineers, and site teams to deliver high-quality interiors.

- Corporate and commercial interior environments
- Turnkey interior projects with complete execution responsibility
Key Responsibilities
- Handle interior design projects from concept to completion.
- Develop design concepts, mood boards, material palettes, and space planning solutions.
- Prepare detailed working drawings, specifications, and design documentation.
- Create presentation materials and sample boards for client approvals.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, quantity surveyors, and contractors.
- Manage design development while aligning with budgets and timelines.
- Supervise site execution to ensure design intent, quality, and detailing are maintained.
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost considerations during design stages.
- Work collaboratively with internal design and technical teams.
- Stay updated with industry trends, materials, furniture, and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Architecture or Interior Design is a must.
- 4–8 years of professional experience in interior design.
- Mandatory experience in residential interior projects; hospitality exposure is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent tools.
- Solid understanding of materials, finishes, furniture, and detailing.
- Ability to visualize concepts and communicate design ideas clearly to clients and teams.
- Good coordination skills and comfort working on site.
- Strong design sensibility with attention to detail and quality.
Work Schedule
Location: Greater Kailash, New Delhi
Working days: Monday - Saturday (9:30 AM - 6:30 PM)
