Experience: 3 to 4 Year
Qualification: Any Graduation
- Successfully led and delivered a minimum of 5 turnkey or full home residential projects.
• Skills and Expertise:
- Design Tools: Proficient in PPT presentation, AutoCAD, Sketchup, 3dx Max, Modular Kitchen.
- Design Expertise:
- Conceptual Design: Skilled in layout, style, and moodboard creation.
- Technical Design: Strong material knowledge, execution, and drawing preparation skills.
- Modular Design: Expertise in material knowledge, aesthetics and functionality, and module planning.
- Civil Works & Services: Detailed understanding of specifications and installation details.
- Project Management:
- Creating Bill of Quantities (BoQ) for customers.
- Coordinating with internal and external agencies.
- Sales Expertise:
- Proven track record in closing sales with logical and trusted sales pitches.
- Leading and driving design meetings with customers
