Role: Interior Design Manager
Department: Decoration / Fit-out (MEP Interface)
Location: [sohna/ Banglore]
Experience: [10] Years (in interior design & MEP coordination)
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage interior design concepts with a focus on MEP integration.
• Coordinate with MEP, architectural, and structural teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Review ID drawings, finishes, and materials for compliance with project requirements.
• Ensure alignment of decorative elements with HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and fire systems.
• Manage vendor selection, procurement of finishes, and on-site installation quality.
• Attend design and coordination meetings; resolve ID-MEP conflicts proactively.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s in Interior Design/Architecture or related field.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems as they relate to interior spaces.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Suite.
• Experience in high-end residential, commercial, or hospitality projects preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
