As will need to be sufficiently trained on industry standard packages like Photoshop, 3DStudioMax, and have experience in the art of design, modeling and rendering.Knowledge of Interior Designing /AutoCAD 2D/ Google Sketch up/Photoshop.3Ds Max/ 3D Modeling/2D Modeling/ Drawings/ Structural Drawings/Developing detailed drawings, Layout plans, elevation and sections. Candidate in handling Interiors projects ,Planning, Designing, and Furnishing ofInterior - in variety of Residential, commercial & corporate / QS both OperationalAs well as for Renovation of Interior works. Candidate should have perfect Knowledge of Modular kitchen, wardrobe designing and vanities. Proactive, self-starter & Strong Leader. Highly professional and enthusiastic with a strong work ethic. Should be formally qualified in Interior Designing & should be well versed with Co-Ordination, Technical Drawings, and Concept Design, and Design Review, timelyFollow-ups on Projects deliverables, consultant coordination, and VendorManagement. Should have conceptual and technical understanding on range of Interiors DesignAnd architecture work aspects which are important and essential for a qualityExecution of Interiors Projects. Must know to work independently and end to end on Tools like 3Ds Max, AutoCADPhotoshop ,and MS Projects etc. Electrical and plumbing detail drawing, Flooring layouts, particular area designing along with detailing. Dealing with clients, Vendors suppliers and contractors for completion ofWork and making working drawings according to clients requirements. Should be comfortable in willing to travel all over India for site visits, siteSupervision and monitoring the subordinates. Making Annexure and BOQ, understand the technical points how to deal with. Require for the coordinate working of the interior &exterior projects. Require Coordinate and consultant who has handle all Interior &Exterior design projects, internal procurement team, site execution. Experienced, creative, innovative 3D Interior Designer and should be experienced candidate in 3D Max.
