An experienced Interior Designer is needed to own the client project lifecycle from start to finish. Key responsibilities include communicating with clients, assessing their needs, and adjusting designs accordingly. The ideal candidate will have excellent creative thinking skills, strong communication skills, and knowledge of design tools like AutoCAD.
Key Requirements
• Graduation or relevant diploma with 15 years of academic education
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Interior Designer
• Led and delivered at least 5 to 6 turnkey/full home residential projects
• Excellent knowledge of design tools, PPT presentation, and AutoCAD
Desired Skills
• Conceptual design (layout, style, moodboard)
• Technical design (material knowledge, execution, and drawing preparation)
• Modular design (material knowledge, aesthetics & functionality, module planning)
• Civil works & Services (specifications & installation details)
• Sales expertise in sales closure by way of logical & trusted sales pitch, driving and leading the design meetings with customers
