Holtzman Construction & Remodeling is a leading residential remodeling company known for high‑quality craftsmanship and exceptional client service. We are seeking a detail‑oriented, client‑focused Interior Designer to join our team. This role is 100% commission, and all clients are supplied by the business, making it an excellent opportunity for a motivated designer who thrives in a client‑facing environment.
Responsibilities
Meet with clients at their homes throughout the Phoenix metropolitan area and at our Tempe showroom to guide them through the selection process
Assist clients in choosing plumbing fixtures, appliances, tile, countertops, paint colors, and other finish materials
Provide design recommendations that align with client preferences, project scope, and budget
Prepare and organize selection sheets, samples, and documentation for project managers
Collaborate with construction teams to ensure selections are accurately communicated and executed
Maintain strong vendor relationships and stay current on design trends and materials
Experience
Experience in residential interior design, remodeling, or related field
Strong communication and client‑presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Knowledge of current design trends, materials, and product lines
Proficiency with design tools (SketchUp, AutoCAD, or similar) is a plus
Reliable transportation for client meetings across the Phoenix metro area
Compensation
100% commission‑based role
Clients are provided by the company — no cold calling or self‑sourcing required
High earning potential based on project volume and client engagement
