We are seeking a high-end Interior Designer to develop and present a comprehensive interior design concept for our 930 Mansfield Project, located in an exclusive and upscale area. This is a task-based engagement, not a part-time or full-time position. The ideal candidate has a refined design aesthetic and a strong background in luxury residential or commercial interiors.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and present a complete, cohesive interior design concept tailored to the 930 Mansfield Project.
Create design boards, material selections, and layout proposals that reflect a high-end, contemporary aesthetic.
Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure the design aligns with the property’s vision, architectural elements, and target market.
Provide detailed visual presentations or mood boards to communicate design direction clearly.
Requirements:
Proven experience in luxury or high-end interior design, preferably with projects in premium neighborhoods or high-value properties.
A strong design portfolio showcasing sophistication, creativity, and attention to detail.
Ability to conceptualize and execute designs that balance aesthetics, functionality, and exclusivity.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
