Job Summary
This Interior Design Associate role involves delivering exceptional guest experiences while showcasing Living Spaces' products and services. Key responsibilities include conducting in-store design appointments, analyzing project requirements, and providing expert design advice to clients.Key Responsibilities
• Engage guests using the Guest Engagement Model and execute sales strategies.
• Determine guests' goals and provide relevant design advice and product recommendations.
• Present customized room designs and maintain up-to-date knowledge of merchandise lines.
• Process customer transactions and complete required training within expected timeframes.
Requirements
• Associate degree in interior design or equivalent experience.
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service, retail, or furniture store environments.
• Mastery of Microsoft Office programs and design software is a plus.
Compensation
The hiring pay range for this position is $23.55 - $30.60. This includes eligibility for team bonuses based on meeting specific goals and KPIs. Additional benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), vacation, sick time, flex spending account, and employee assistance program.
