ob responsibilities: 1. The designing of concept plans; 2. Understanding client briefs; 3. Client service throughout the course of the project; 4. Putting together design presentations for when ID Fitouts will attend a clients; premises, or a client visit our premises for a potential tender; 5. All documentation; 6. At times ordering of furnishings and finishings; 7. The designing of construction drawings; 8. Finishing and furnishing schedules; +. Mood board preparation and presentations; 10. Elevations and detailed drawings; 11. Two-dimensional and three-dimensional drawings (renders); 12. Helping our junior interior designer to grow and develop his/her current level of design work into a broader base of all design aspect; 13. Obtaining samples and having them kept on site at the ID Fitouts office from a variety of existing and new suppliers; 14. Working alongside our BDM and director to obtain briefs and bring them onto a two-dimensional or three-dimensional plan.Required experience: 1. Over 1 year of office fitouts experience; 2. Previous employment within commercial and retail fitouts companies; 3.
