About the Role
As a Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative designs that meet clients' requirements and adhere to budget constraints.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct site visits and audits to identify key design elements.
Create presentations aligned with client briefs and expectations.
Develop space plans, understand BCA guidelines, Australian Standards, and DDA regulations.
Liaise with estimators to create furniture and fittings budgets.
Provide input into concept development, ensuring selections comply with company standards.
Create finishes boards and concept image files for client presentations.
Maintain accurate filing systems and retrieve files as needed.
Ensure work meets quality expectations and address any defects promptly.
Collaborate with the head designer and site foreman for site inspections and quality control.

Requirements:
Tertiary qualification in Interior Design or Architecture.
Minimum one year of commercial experience.
