TBW is one which projects re-stating the spaces with a creative, contemporary and quirky design. TBW is passionate about discovering the clients’ desires and vision thereby approaching each project with an open mind and a blank paper to craft something personal and unique for our clients. Roles & Responsibilities: • Developing creative concepts and design schemes that align with the client's vision, functional requirements, and design principles along with client coordination. • Responsible for creating visual presentations, including sketches, mood boards, and SKETCHUP models, to communicate design concepts. • Responsible for all the coordination with Principal designers, contractors, project manager and clients throughout the design & execution process. • Responsible for guiding the Project Manager for design and ensuring the same is executed on site. • Conducting site visits and inspections to ensure that design intent is being implemented accurately. Work experience, skills & requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, or related field. • Proven 2+ years of experience working as a Designer, preferably in an Interior design firm or architectural practice. • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD (must have), SketchUp (must have) &MS office other relevant tools (good to have). • Strong knowledge of design principles, space planning, materials, finishes, and furnishings. • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality design solutions. • A positive and optimistic mindset, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and teamwork.
