Backed by investors such as Brigade Reap of Brigade Enterprises, Jaipur Rugs, and renowned tech entrepreneurs, we are growing rapidly. iDesign.Market is making significant strides in the AEC Tech sector, positioning itself as a key player in the industrys future.As we grow, were looking for a passionate Interior Designer or Architect to join our Customer Success team and ensure our clients success by helping them unlock the full potential of our platform.Role Description:As a Customer Success Manager at iDesign.Market, you will play a critical role in guiding our clientsinterior designers, architects, and design firmstowards successful implementation and usage of our platform. With your design expertise, you will understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure they achieve their goals using our technology.Key Responsibilities:Client Onboarding: Help clients transition onto our platform, offering customized training and guidance to interior designers and architects.Ongoing Support: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing queries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring their satisfaction with the platform.Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring they are engaged and utilizing the full range of platform features.Provide Expert Advice: Leverage your experience in interior design or architecture to provide actionable insights and suggestions to help clients achieve success.Client Feedback: Gather feedback from users to help improve our platform and work closely with our product team to shape future features.Qualifications:Experience in Interior Design or Architecture.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.Experience in using project management or design software is a plus.Ability to train and guide clients, ensuring they get the most out of the platform.Work experience of atleast 2 years in the design industryWhy Join Us:At iDesign.Market, youll be part of a fast-growing team revolutionizing the design and construction tech industry.
