Job Description :
The Interior Designer Sales position is responsible for driving sales and promoting interior design services to clients. This includes understanding client needs, presenting design concepts, and guiding clients through the selection of materials, finishes, and design solutions. The role also involves working closely with the design team to ensure that clients’ requirements are met while driving business growth. The Interior Designer Salesperson will manage client relationships, ensure timely project execution, and support the sales team in achieving business goals.
Responsibilities:
Understand client needs and provide design recommendations to enhance their space.
Present and sell interior design services to potential clients, explaining the design process and solutions.
Guide clients through the selection of materials, finishes, and furniture.
Work with design team members to ensure project feasibility and client satisfaction.
Create proposals, quotations, and contracts for design services.
Maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Collaborate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project delivery.
Monitor sales performance and meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Attend site visits and follow up on design implementation.
Skillset:
Proficiency in design software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3D Max (preferred).
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and stakeholders.
Knowledge of interior design trends, materials, and finishes.
Ability to manage multiple sales projects and client accounts simultaneously.
Strong customer service skills and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in sales, preferably within the interior design or home decor industry.
Criteria:
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Experience : Minimum 4-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in interior design, residential or commercial spaces.
Location : Based in Pune, work from office.
