Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented draftsman. The candidate will be responsible for creating accurate technical drawings, plans, furniture drawings, woodwork drawings, modular drawings, construction drawings including POP, electrical, plumbing & tiling drawings, based on design specifications and guidelines. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of drafting principles, proficiency in AutoCAD software, and the ability to work collaboratively with architects, designers, and other stakeholders to produce high-quality drawings.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Communicating with Interior designers / Architects and engineers, and incorporating knowledge gained into drawings.
· Coordinating with vendors, on site team for drawing details.
· Preparing, reviewing, and redrafting alongside the team.
· Ensuring final designs are compliant with final 3D renders.
· Validating detailed drawings with on site conditions.
· Identifying and communicating potential design problems to the rest of the team.
Experience
• 3-4 Years experience
