Project: Mace is providing project management services for a mixed-use development including 2 Hotels (4star & 3 Star)-300 Keys, convention centre, retail, multiplex, entertainment including aquarium, lego land, VR, Madam Tussaud’s, café, entertainment centre, F&B, office spaces and performance arts centre. Total built up area of 23, 64,400 sq-ft.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
• Leading an assignment of the refurbishment of hi-end interior finishing works.
• Acting as a single point of contact for the client and being responsible for overall strategy formulation, planning strategy, procurement strategy, execution strategy, cost management, and overall delivery tracking through the duration of the project.
• leading the coordination and ensuring deliverables from other project consultants are in line with project requirements and aligned by best industry practice.
• Directing and managing project delivery team (design, procurement and site) performance of delegated responsibilities and achieving project goals.
• Interfacing directly with clients to define project requirements, prepare scope of work, project delivery resource requirements and supply chain, cost estimate and budget, project schedule, quality and HSE control and risk identification.
• Implementing an appropriate and effective project management framework for corporate interior fit-out projects.
• Managing project cost plan including risk allowance.
• Monitoring and controlling changes/variations.
• Identifying project risks, developing risk mitigation and contingency plans and implementing action plans to mitigate project risks.
• Establishing and preparing formal reporting arrangements on project progress for the client and company.
• Supervising the monitoring and reporting of the contractors’ progress against the expectations of their contracts from all perspectives.
• Coordinating and fostering teamwork between all project stakeholders.
About You
You have a degree qualification in architecture engineering and a member of a professional body. You have experience of a project of similar nature (Mixed use development-Hotel, Shopping Mall, Commercial Offices).
You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships and provide support to strong, motivated teams. You have proven experience working on a project from start through to completion within the consultancy industry and are poised to expand your own horizons, those of our clients and of our ambitious people alike.
