Create detailed progress tracking documents for each interior design project.
• Develop and maintain detailed progress tracking documents for each interior design project. Record all phases of work including completed designs, construction specifications, site execution updates, and vendor deliverables.
• Plan and implement interior design standards in alignment with architectural layouts and compliance requirements. Ensure all interior planning follows local, municipal, and state building codes, fire safety norms, and environmental regulations.
• Develop and manage project-specific budgets for interior design, FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment), and finishes.
• Liaise with executive management, architects, project managers, and contractors to define interior objectives, priorities, and design intent.
• Lead the end-to-end interior design lifecycle timelines — from concept development to execution — ensuring timelines are met without compromising quality.
