Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Interior Site Supervisor, based in Vasai. The Interior Site Supervisor will oversee and manage the day-to-day operations at construction and renovation sites. Responsibilities will include monitoring project progress, coordinating with contractors and suppliers, ensuring adherence to design specifications and timelines, and maintaining quality control. The role requires effective communication with stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
• Project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines effectively
• Knowledge of interior design concepts, construction processes, and site supervision
• Strong communication and coordination skills for interacting with contractors, suppliers, and clients
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address site challenges and ensure project completion
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in construction and design
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and design documents
Familiarity with industry regulations, safety standards, and compliance requirements
• Punctuality, reliability, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in interior design project supervision is highly desirable
• Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field is an advantage
