Duties
Assist with the installation of interlocking pavers, retaining walls, and related hardscape features according to project specifications.
Prepare work sites by organizing materials, tools, and equipment needed for each phase of the installation process.
Operate basic tools and equipment safely, including hand tools, power tools
Support the crew in measuring and marking layouts to ensure precise placement of materials.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
Collaborate effectively with team members to meet project deadlines and uphold quality standards.
Digging, grading, and preparing work sites
Laying and installing interlock stones
Filling, leveling, and compacting materials
Loading and unloading materials and equipment
Qualifications
Previous experience in construction, landscaping, or hardscape installation is preferred but not mandatory; a strong willingness to learn is essential.
Ability to operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
Physical stamina to perform manual labor including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety standards on all job sites.
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude and proactive approach.
