We are looking for an Intermediate Digital Designer to join our Digital Engineering team, to support and deliver high-quality civil design projects using 12d Model and AutoCAD, with a location preference for Auckland, Wellington or Christchurch.
This is a highly varied and hands-on role, providing the opportunity to be deeply involved in Civil Engineering design in projects across infrastructure, land development, and environmental engineering, as well as working closely with technical experts.

What will you be doing?
Supporting civil design projects across infrastructure, land development, 3-waters and environmental engineering sectors.
Ensuring design outputs meet client expectations, technical standards, and project timelines.
Collaborating with project managers and engineers to integrate design with broader project objectives.
Supporting design reviews and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
Working with the team to develop and implement 12d model and AutoCAD standards, templates, and workflows that improve efficiency and consistency, and help share these across the business.
Championing digital engineering practices and contribute to BIM and model-based delivery initiatives.
You will have:
5+ years of experience in civil design, ideally within consultancy or multidisciplinary environment
Ideally have an engineering qualification (NZDE, BTech, or equivalent)
Advanced proficiency in 12d Model, including corridors, grading, pipe networks, and surfaces
Strong understanding of BIM principles and digital workflows
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
