Role Description
This is a full-time on-site internship trainee role with Wedding Vision located in Jaipur. The role involves assisting the wedding planning team in the day-to-day tasks associated with planning and organizing destination weddings as well as supporting our clients throughout their wedding planning journey. The candidate will also be responsible for executing details such as venue tours, vendor meetings, creative brainstorming sessions, and logistics support.
Qualifications
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Passion for wedding planning with an interest in learning the craft
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to effectively problem solve
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite
• Experience in the hospitality industry or event planning is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Event Management or related field is preferred
