Role Description
This is an Internship opportunity in Customer Support based in Bengaluru. The Intern will be responsible for providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and offering technical support. Day-to-day tasks include assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer service. The role also involves analyzing customer feedback and recommending improvements to enhance the customer experience.
