Responsibilities
1. Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms.
2. Prepare HR-related reports as needed (like attendance or performance management).
3. Work on Excel and make presentations on PowerPoint.
4. Address employee queries about benefits (like number of remaining vacation days)
5. Participate in candidate sourcing efforts and screening.
6. Schedule calls and interviews.
8. Previous experience recruiting for Technical Roles and Non-technical roles.
+. Ability to learn and leverage stellar negotiation skills.
10. Ability to execute innovative sourcing strategies.
11. Detail-oriented and comfortable using applicant tracking systems.
12. Communicate with candidates promptly and assist them throughout the interview process.
13. Participate in organizing company events and careers days.
14. Research and source vendors to support HR operations.
Requirements
1. Proficient in Communication (Verbal and Written)
2. Keen interest in Human Resources and General Administration
3. Experience with MS Office
5. Problem-solving attitude
6. Students from Graduate or MBA programs can apply
