LOCATION: Vasundhara, Ghaziabad
JD – INTERN HR – HUMAN RESOURCE
• Responsible for end-to-end recruitment.
• Screening candidates and scheduling interviews with department heads.
• Responsible for Joining and documentation of the selected candidate.
• Maintaining Personal Documents of Employees.
• Maintaining different MIS Reports of new joinee.
• Maintain database over MS excel, MS word.
• Handling queries of new joinee.
• Job Postings on Portals and social media platforms.
• Assisting Human Resource Team in other backend work as per the requirement.
• Other duties and responsibilities assigned time to time by the management.
Eligibility
• Any Graduate/Post Graduate as a fresher or experienced.
• Should have done Graduation related to Human Resource field.
• Knowledge in Recruitment, Job Posting and Human Resource Operation etc.
Stipend: 5000 INR – 7000 INR per month
