Collaborate with HR team to support and assist with various projects and initiatives.
Conduct research and gather data to assist in the development of HR strategies and policies.
Assist with recruitment efforts by reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
Participate in the onboarding process for new employees.
Help organize and coordinate training and development programs for employees.
Assist with maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with HR regulations.
Contribute to the creation and updating of HR documents, including job descriptions and employee handbooks.
Provide support for employee relations issues, including conducting investigations and documenting outcomes.
Help organize and participate in company events and activities, such as career fairs and team building exercises.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR to make recommendations for continuous improvement within the department.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Demonstrate a strong work ethic and willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
Represent Comcast in a professional manner and uphold our company values.
Complete all assigned tasks and projects in a timely and efficient manner.
