Intern – Subtitling AI Operations
Location: Remote or Hybrid
We are seeking a detail-oriented, tech-curious intern to assist with subtitling and AI-based quality workflows. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with language, is comfortable with technology, and is looking to gain experience in the growing intersection of media and machine learning.
Responsibilities:
Review and refine AI-generated subtitles for accuracy, tone, and sync
Manage subtitle files (.srt/.vtt) across multiple projects and languages
Coordinate with language teams to ensure consistency and quality
Support operations and improvement of AI-based subtitling tools
Organize and version control project assets and delivery timelines
Requirements:
Strong command over English (spoken and written)
High attention to detail and love for clean, clear language
Comfortable working with file formats like .srt/.vtt
Willingness to learn subtitle software and internal tools
Good time management and communication skills
Preferred (Not Mandatory):
Experience with tools like Subtitle Edit, Aegisub, or similar
Interest in media, storytelling, linguistics, or AI
