Job Title:
Website & Landing Page Design Intern (UI/UX & Graphic Design) (Drag & Drops)
Location: Gurgaon Remote/Office Hybrid
Job Type:
Internship (Full-time)
6 Days Working
Experience: 6 months to 1 Year +
Salary: 6000 per month
Internship Duration: 1-6 months - can be converted into full time depending upon performance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop aesthetic and functional landing pages using drag-and-drop website builders.
• Build and structure complete websites with a focus on smooth, intuitive user experience and conversion optimization.
• Create visually appealing designs using Adobe, Canva, and other design tools, with a strong focus on aesthetics, including font and color combinations.
• Design with a strong focus on sales funnels to drive engagement and maximize conversions.
• Ensure the entire website flow leads users toward desired actions, such as sign-ups or purchases.
• Stay updated with trendy web design & funnel practices, implementing these in landing pages and full websites.
• Work closely with the marketing team to align web design with overall marketing and conversion strategies.
• Optimize landing pages for high conversion rates, ensuring a seamless user journey from entry to final action.
Requirements:
• Proficiency with drag-and-drop website builders like Wix, WordPress Elementor, Squarespace, or similar platforms.
• Strong experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Canva for graphic and web design.
• Solid graphic design skills with knowledge of typography, color theory, and visual layout.
• A keen understanding of sales funnels, landing page optimization, and conversion-focused designs.
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles with a strong emphasis on creating user-friendly, visually appealing designs.
• Ability to design trendy and high-conversion landing pages and ensure the overall user flow leads to desired outcomes.
• Excellent attention to detail and creativity.
Preferred Skills (Bonus):
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or other web technologies.
• Familiarity with SEO and analytics tools to enhance the website's performance and traffic.
• Experience with service & digital product sales platforms and conversion rate optimization.
