Position: Internal Audit – SOX – (2- 4 Years)
Internal Audit – SOX – (2- 4 Years)
We are looking for a specialist with at least two years of experience in Internal Audit, SOX Audit & Testing (in Financial Reporting, Payroll, corporate Accounting, Treasury, Human Resources etc) . In addition to a fundamental understanding of COSO and risk assessment practises.

- Bangalore

Responsibilities:
Conducting risk-based SOX audits.
Timely delivery of each audit assignment including, detailed testing of the scope area, agreeing findings, and escalating where required.
Documenting the results of audit work in accordance with the internal requirements and the International Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing (Standards) promulgated by the Institute of Internal Auditors.
Completing assigned tasks within the allocated budgeted hours and escalate any challenges to complete the assigned tasks within the budgeted hours to the Audit Team Manager timely.
Using sound judgment and creativity when documenting the potential audit finding, including the root cause for review by the Audit Team Manager.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field is required.
Minimum of two years of work experience in public accounting and/or industry dealing with SOX Key Control testing (Big 4 experience highly desired).
Basic understanding of professional audit standards, COSO, SOX, and risk assessment practices.
