Position - Management Trainee - Internal Audit
Qualification - Chartered Accountant (CA)
Location - Gandhinagar
Experience - Fresher
Area of responsibilities :
1. To perform functional audits & project audits as per the annual internal audit plan.
2. Understand “AS IS” business procedure and draw a flow chart on that basis. Identify process,
control and business gaps based on the procedure so understood.
3. Extracting and analyzing the financial data from SAP.
4. Applying statistical non-statistical methods for designing and selecting appropriate audit
samples.
5. Verifying contracts, agreements and other supporting documents for the financial transactions
recorded in the books of accounts.
6. Validate that financial transactions recorded in the books of accounts comply with the prevailing
accounting standards.
7. Arriving at audit observations based on data & document verification and explanations provided
by the process owners.
8. Discussion of the draft report of audit observations with the in-charge person from the auditee
department.
+. Recommend best practical business solutions and ensure agreement of the in-charge person
from the auditee department for corrective and preventive action plans with clear timelines.
10. Periodic reporting to team leader on internal audit progress and major audit observations.
11. To maintain proper documentation of audit working papers in support of coverage of audit scope.
12. Compliance tracking of open audit issues and recommendations on a quarterly basis.
Competencies :
Excellent written and spoken English, Communication Skills with Hands on Experience on MS Office
