KPMG is working through its partnership with MBO Partners and is currently seeking a remote contractor in the United States.
Responsibilities:
Support SOX compliance efforts across the organization
Conduct process walkthroughs and document internal processes
Perform testing and remediation of internal controls
Assess the effectiveness of internal controls and identify areas for improvement
Collaborate with departments to enhance compliance efforts
Contribute to governance processes and help mitigate business risks
Qualifications:
Minimum 6 years of recent internal/external audit or related experience
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience
Experience in IT, operational and/or financial auditing or risk management
Knowledge of risks and controls
CISA, CPA, CIA or related certifications are preferred
Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold the firm’s respectful and courteous work environment
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
