Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operational and Internal Auditor and to join Thrillophilia. As the operational Auditor, you will play a critical role in Execution and successful completion of operational periodical audits, provide business trends and fact-based recommendations to the team. The job requires an organised, detail-oriented individual who can successfully manage tasks, processes, and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
• Preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports pertains to day-to-day bookings transactions and analysis.
• Ensure trends on profitability on the bookings, performing root cause analysis, send reports to respective category manager for action.
• Ensure checks on approval of customer refunds process and analysis and reports to respective operational manager.
• Identifying risks in vendors payables, executing audits and report to the operational manager.
• Identify and investigate revenue discrepancies anomalies, and potential fraud or revenue leakage issues.
Requirements
• MBA with at least 3-5 years in Internal Audit experiences in Travel Industry.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Proven experience as an Internal Auditor or similar role
• Ability to work independently and as a team member with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Data driven and Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and Aggressive & amp; take control
• Proficient in using management software and tools
