Key responsibilities of HRIS with scope of and exposure to Talent Acquisition with overall 8 - 10 years + of experience.
Minimum Graduation in any specialization
any data analytics
Maintaining and managing data for the entire unit in a timely and effective manner
Central repository and creation plus in-charge of complete HRIS
Proficient in Power BI, Alteryx, data crunching and data management
Preparing PPT
Presentation of data
Data Extraction from ATS and other tools
Preparing StoryBoards, Executive Presentations
Well aware of end to end TA processes
Good Analytical Skills
Well versed with Excel and reporting
Data Inference
Suggestions from Data-Accomplishments/Inputs
Someone who has worked on huge data and from a good organization
Excellent Communication Skills
