About Gini Health:
Gini Health India is the fastest-growing diabetes and hormone care center in North India. In just two and a half years, we have treated over 20,000 patients and achieved outstanding patient outcomes. We are now expanding our services to include emergency, IPD, and internal medicine, along with other specialities. Our entire team of specialists is from PGI, and we are looking to add to this exceptional team a talented MD in Internal Medicine who can manage IPD, ICU, emergency, and OPD services. We seek an ambitious, skilled, and curious individual to join us in our mission.
Responsibilities
Patient Care
- Manage and treat patients in IPD, ICU, emergency, and OPD settings.
- Provide comprehensive care for patients with diabetes and hormonal disorders.
- Diagnose and manage a wide range of internal medicine conditions.
- Participate in daily rounds, monitor patient progress, and adjust treatments as necessary.
Emergency Services
- Provide acute care in emergency situations.
- Perform procedures and interventions as required in the emergency department.
- Stabilize and manage critically ill patients.
- Lead Medical officers and nursing team
Inpatient Services (IPD)
- Oversee the care of hospitalized patients.
- Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Ensure continuity of care during hospital admissions and discharges.
Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
- Manage critically ill patients in the ICU.
- Perform advanced diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
- Work closely with the ICU team to provide high-quality care.
Outpatient Services (OPD)
- Conduct regular outpatient clinics.
- Follow up with patients to monitor their health and adjust treatment plans.
- Provide preventive care and health education to patients.
Health Camps and Community Outreach
- Participate in health camps and community outreach programs.
- Provide medical care and education to underserved communities.
- Engage in activities aimed at improving public health.
Marketing and Awareness
- Participate in marketing activities to promote Gini Health services.
- Engage with the community through health talks and seminars.
- Contribute to social media and other promotional platforms to increase awareness.
Research and Development
- Participate in clinical research projects.
- Contribute to medical journals and publications.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in internal medicine.
Team Collaboration
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team at Gini Health.
- Mentor junior doctors and medical students.
- Participate in regular team meetings and case discussions.
Qualifications
- MD in Internal Medicine from a recognized institution.
- Valid medical license to practice in India
- Proven experience in managing IPD, ICU, emergency, and OPD services.
- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
