About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated sales representative to join our team. As a sales representative, you will be responsible for creating and executing lead generation strategies, evaluating customer needs, and building lasting relationships with new and existing customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and execute lead generation strategies
• Evaluate customer skills and needs, and build productive relationships with new and existing customers
• Work closely on product development and implementation
• Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts
• Make outbound follow-up calls to existing clients via telephone and other communication channels
• Handle inbound, unsolicited prospect calls and convert into sales
Requirements
• One to two years of direct work experience in sales
• Demonstrated ability to convert prospects and closedeals, achieving sales quotas
• Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
