We’re searching for an eager & enthusiastic Internal Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. If you’re passionate about providing exceptional customer service and enjoy a collaborative team environment, then this is the role for you!
What You’ll Be Doing
Manage and grow a portfolio of internal accounts.
Make outbound calls to customers and prospects
Handle inbound sales enquiries – phone, website, webchat.
Cross-sell and up-sell products to reach individual KPI’s and business targets.
Prepare and follow up Quotes
Work alongside Business Development Managers and booking appointments
Log details of all customer interactions in the CRM system
What You’ll Need To Be Successful
Proven experience in meeting sales KPI’s
Energy, enthusiasm & a love for learning new things.
Excellent communication, interpersonal & negotiation skills
Highly organised with strong time & task management skills
Competitive nature and hunger for sales
Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience with packaging products or within the packaging industry will be highly regarded.
