Job Responsibilities:
• Handle calls for B2B and B2C customers (Inbound & Outbound).
• Work on telecalling tasks such as lead generation, appointment setting, surveys, and data verification.
• Provide online customer service via phone, email, and chat.
• Manage performance targets independently and professionally.

Who Can Apply:
• Candidates with minimum 3 years of experience in international or domestic BPO.
• Must speak fluent English.
• Age below 40 years.
• Must have own laptop/desktop with good broadband for remote work.
• Strong experience in telecalling work from home or customer support is a plus.

Work Shifts:
• US Shift Work from Home (Night Shift)
• UK Shift Work from Home (Evening Shift)
• Day Shift Call Center Job Work from Home – Limited openings
• Part time work from home options also available (for selected profiles)
• Monday to Friday working | Weekends off

Salary & Benefits:
• Salary: ₹20,000 to ₹70,000/month (based on experience)
