Qualifications:
Graduated from a recognized university or equivalent educational institution
1-2 years of previous experience in an international customer service role is preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Responsibilities:
Interact with customers to provide information and address inquiries or concerns via phone, email, and chat
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving
Handle a high volume of customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
Assist customers in navigating our products or services and provide appropriate solutions
Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
