JOB DETAILS :
• Location : Bhilai, Chhattisgarh
• Shift : US Shift (Night shift)
• Salary : 25k-40k + Incentives
• Working Days : 5 days
• Working Hours : 7 : 00 PM- 5 : 00 AM (NIGHT SHIFT)
• Work Mode- Work from office
Roles & Responsibilities :
• Resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Providing customers with helpful information regarding products and services
• Ensuring customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving
• Generating reports and analyzing customer feedback
Qualifications :
• 3+ years of customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of customer service software, databases, and tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
