Roles And Responsibilities
• Manage and oversee the import and export operations of the company
• Ensure compliance with import and export regulations and documentation
• Coordinate and negotiate with international suppliers, customers, and freight forwarders
• Handle import and export documentation including purchase orders, invoices, and shipping documents
• Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth import and export processes
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency
• Maintain relationships with customs authorities and other relevant parties
• Stay updated on changes in import and export regulations and requirements
