Job Description:-
Order Flow Management: Execute a seamless order flow, overseeing the entire process from order receipt to container shipment/stuffing. Collaborate closely with Marketing, Production, and Dispatch teams to ensure efficient export shipment processes before the deadline, using communication channels such as email, phone calls, and SAP.
MIS Reporting: Prepare insightful Management Information System (MIS) reports related to export orders and shipment management.
Operational Oversight: Take charge of all operational aspects of post-sales activities, contributing to a smooth client experience. Check pre and post-shipment communication with overseas buyers, ensuring effective order and shipment management.
Supply Chain Management: Provide end-to-end support. for Supply Chain Management, including Sales Administration, Order Management, and Documentation.
Qualifications and Skills:
Demonstrated experience in international business operations, order processing, and coordination.
Technical Proficiency: Proficient in SAP and the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Analytical Mindset:
Possess an analytical mindset for problem-solving and process enhancement.
Shipping Knowledge: Knowledge of international shipping practices, regulations, and compliance.
Education: Background in EXIM, Logistics, Shipping, Operations, or Supply Chain Management.
Other requirements:
Ready to sign a bond for 3 years.(Mandatory for every Employee, Can discuss over call If Interested)
Must be confident and fluent in Communication Skills.
Must have hands-on Experience with SAP.
