???? Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new international markets
• Generate and convert high-potential leads into long-term clients and channel partners
• Build and maintain strong relationships with importers, distributors, and retailers
• Design and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business growth targets
• Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis
• Attend trade shows, expos, and B2B events to represent the brand internationally
• Develop distributor networks and manage regional partnerships
• Collaborate with internal teams (production, QC, logistics, marketing) to ensure seamless execution
• Ensure adherence to global food safety and export compliance standards (FSSAI, FDA, etc.)
• Stay updated on global trade policies, pricing dynamics, and consumer trends
???? What We’re Looking For
• ✔️ Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field
• ✔️ Experience: 2+ years in international sales, export business development, or global trade (preferably in FMCG – Food)
• ✔️ Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills with strong market awareness
• ✔️ Adaptability: Ability to work across global time zones and cultural dynamics
• ✔️ Willingness to Travel: Open to international travel for business development and client meetings
