Get market details (Distributor questionnaire)
Know about how distributor is marketing Kryptonite products in his country.
Search new distributors through Kryptonite search via Global Distributor List excel sheet. Arrange meeting via email, call if not accessible/ replying through email
Send an edited draft copy with company and countrys name for distributor to view. Get it e-signed by CEO and place it in Agreement Folder (online & offline)
Get market information/summary about all individual countries on information like: No. of MRIs, big players (MRI accessory distributors), major tradeshow, - Market Intelligence Excel Sheet
Priority target List in below order:
Asia
South & Central America
Africa
Europe (Non EU Countries)
Rest of the Europe (After CE approval)
Summary report - Daily report at EOD
After receiving PO- acknowledge distributor by thanking. PO hard copy filing by coordinating with sales coordinator. Order updates to distributor through Kryptonite operations executive
Push demo unit to each distributor
Arrange monthly meeting with distributor and send them meeting invite
Manage every individual company wise File in Drive- country wise and all files to be maintained in that folder. Put Regulatory file (regulatory requirements list of documents) in each countrys folder.
Maintain CRM file on drive for Distributor companies/ countries- individual direct hospitals and distributors
Set targets for new distributors
Identify key hospitals in distributor country (identifying reference site in ones country and tapping them through distributor)
Co- ordinate with Kryptonite Installation engineer by taking dates and time from distributor
Domestic and international vendor management, coordination with product development companies, searching for local products whichever required for any product development procedure, Following up and setting meetings with product development companies or new companies if required
