Job description
Position : Outbound Sales Executive

Voice/Non-Voice : Voice

Department: Sales

Shift Type: 9 hrs

Fixed Shifts: 5.30AM TO 2.30 PM

1 way cabs + meal AND 5 .5 days working

Weekends Off : FIXED SUNDAY OFF

Work Description:

Responsible for taking Outbound calls from Customers to sell the product and services.

Key Skills:

1. Should have good convincing power

2. Would be required to handle Customer Grievance

3. Should be Comfortable with shifts timing

4. High Level of Patience is required

Other Skills:

1. Problem Solver

2. Communicator

3. Attention to Detail,Ability to Research

4. Basic Technical Knowledge

5. Motivator and always encourage the team

Communication: Excellent comms and Fluency is must

Experience in following would be considered:
• International Outbound/ Inbound Sales
• ⁠3rd Party Collections
• ⁠ Retention
