Interview Process - 2 rounds
Job purpose:
• To process and manage bookings
• To ensure booking requirements are fullfilled.
• To provide guest with customer service
• To provide assistance with B2B clients
• To answer and respond to enquiries (online email, phone, WhatsApp)
• To fullfill task provided and scheduled
• To monitor guest activity coming and going
Qualification and Education Requirements:
• Education- Graduation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good Interpersonal skills
• Decision making skills.
• Language required: English & Hindi mandatory
• Proficient in MS-Office (Excel, Word).
• Should be flexible for UK shift- (10-hour of login between 7AM - 10PM).
• Comfortable with working 6 days a week with 1 rotational off
