Position Overview:
You’ll be the first point of contact for our online customers—answering inquiries, managing listings, and turning conversations into sales through chat and digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond quickly to internet sales inquiries
Post and update product listings
Engage with customers via chat, email, and messaging
Build rapport and confidently convert leads into sales
Qualifications:
Strong communication and customer service skills
Comfortable using online platforms and chat tools
Sales-oriented mindset with attention to detail
Retail and/or furniture experience is a plus
