Job Description / Responsibilities:
Dorsch Consult India Private Limited is looking for bright and outstanding interns, who are pursuing their Post Graduate studies.
Candidate should be willing to learn and should have strong appetite to work in multi-tasking environment. We believe in innovations and out of box approaches.
Selected candidate will have to work in our Mumbai office and on full time basis. Internship offered is in following two areas-
• Oil & Gas and MEP in case of Post Graduate students of Mechanical Engineering
• Talent Acquisition and assisting in HR policy formation in case of MBA (HR) students
Those who can join full time internship program before end of January 2026 only need to apply.
Outstanding candidates who have secured admissions in foreign universities and have at least four months to join the course, will also be considered.
Desired Profile of the Candidate:
• We are looking for motivated, sincere & honest, adaptable and talented individuals
• Eye for detailing and willingness to take ownership of tasks
• Excellent Written & Verbal communication skills
• Possess Good Analytical Abilities and problem-solving skills.
• Strong Computer Literacy and willing to raise it further
• Bachelor accommodation will be provided to male candidates who are not having residential accommodation in Mumbai
• Students who are willing to take up internship either as a part of their Institutes' requirement or his/her own ambition, should apply. Students carrying out research studies can also be considered. Reputed institutes offering internship in above areas are welcome to send details of their internship programs for Post Graduate students.
Experience: Outstanding Post Graduate Students- With experience preferred
Compensation: Internship amount will be better than industry standard
