Our Multi-Disciplinary Internship Program offers students and recent graduates the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and valuable insights into various aspects of the fashion industry and business operations. Duration: Flexible duration ranging from 3 to 6 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance and mutual interest.
Key Areas of Focus:
• Fashion Design: Assist our design team in conceptualizing, sketching, and developing new clothing collections, gaining exposure to the entire design process from ideation to production.
• Marketing and Branding: Support our marketing team in developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns, social media management, content creation, and brand communication initiatives.
• Operations and Logistics: Gain hands-on experience in supply chain management, inventory control, production planning, and logistics coordination to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products.
• E-commerce and Digital Marketing: Assist our e-commerce team in website management, online merchandising, digital advertising, and data analysis to drive online sales and customer engagement.
• Graphic Design and Visual Merchandising: Collaborate with our creative team to create visually compelling graphics, branding materials, and retail displays that enhance the Jisora brand identity and customer experience.
• Business Development and Strategy: Work closely with our management team to conduct market research, competitive analysis, and business strategy formulation to identify growth opportunities and optimize business performance.
• Technology and Innovation: Explore opportunities for technological innovation and digital transformation within the fashion industry, assisting in the implementation of new technologies and software solutions to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
Qualifications:
• Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a Bachelor's or Master's program in any field.
• Strong passion for the fashion industry and eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to take initiative and ownership of projects.
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and technologies related to your field of interest is a plus.
