About the Role
Act as a junior editor and report to senior editor.
You will work on:
YouTube long-form videos
YouTube Shorts
Insta Shorts
Key Responsibilities
Edit high-quality, engaging YouTube long videos & Shorts
Create attractive, high-CTR thumbnails
Improve viewer retention & watch time through smart editing
Add strong hooks, pacing, transitions, captions & sound effects
Shoot in-house videos when required
Manage timelines and ensure on-time delivery
Maintain basic data using Google Sheets
Requirements (Mandatory)
Personal Laptop is Mandatory
Willing to work from Office
Professional editing software is mandatory
(Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / DaVinci Resolve / After Effects, etc.)
Working knowledge of Google Sheets
Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred (Bonus)
Experience editing viral Shorts
Understanding of YouTube analytics, CTR & retention
Growth-focused and creative mindset
Must be familier with latest Editing Styles as per trend
