Job Summary
An HR Intern assists the Human Resources department in daily administrative and HR-related tasks. The intern helps with recruitment, employee records, and HR documentation while learning HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in recruitment and hiring process (screening resumes, scheduling interviews).
Help maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Support in onboarding new employees.
Assist in preparing HR letters, offer letters, and joining documents.
Maintain attendance and leave records.
Support HR team in training and employee engagement activities.
Help update HR databases and files.
Assist in preparing HR reports and data entry.
Skills Required
Basic knowledge of Human Resource management.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel)
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree or pursuing degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
