Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Inventory/Logistics Executive to manage our inventory and oversee the smooth flow of our logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in inventory management and a strong command of inventory management tools such as Google Sheets, Excel, and ERP systems (Vesy, Wondersoft, Vinikulum, Tally, or similar).
Responsibilities
• Inventory Management:
• Maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile discrepancies.
• Conduct regular stock audits and physical inventory counts.
• Optimize inventory levels to meet demand while minimizing carrying costs.
• Implement inventory control procedures and policies.
• Coordinate with the purchasing department to ensure timely replenishment of stock.
• Logistics Operations:
• Oversee the entire logistics process, from order processing to delivery.
• Coordinate with transportation providers and ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Track shipments and resolve any delivery issues.
• Manage warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and picking products.
• Data Management:
• Utilize ERP systems (Vesy, Wondersoft, Vinikulum, Tally, or similar) to manage inventory and logistics data.
• Create and maintain detailed reports and spreadsheets using Google Sheets or Excel.
• Analyze inventory and logistics data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Process Improvement:
• Identify opportunities to streamline inventory and logistics processes.
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Customer Service:
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints related to inventory and shipping.
Qualifications
• 1-2 years of experience in inventory management or logistics.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and ERP systems (Vesy, Wondersoft, Vinikulum, Tally, or similar).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in the warehouse .
• Knowledge of supply chain management principles.
