As the Inventory Operations Lead, you will play a crucial role in managing our inventory processes, coordinating materials in off-site warehouses, and supporting project operations. Your responsibilities will include preparing detailed reports on site safety and material movements, maintaining accurate records, staging materials for various project sites, and coordinating documentation specific to each project.

The base pay range for this role is estimated between $49,600 and $68,200. Final compensation will consider various factors including work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the monitoring of site materials inventory from receipt through to distribution among installation and commissioning teams.
• Collaborate with Installation and Commissioning Teams to ensure timely and organized allocation of materials.
• Support project reporting by identifying inventory shortages and surpluses based on material requirements.
• Work closely with the Project Material Manager to prepare teams for receiving materials according to projected delivery schedules.
• Document inventory transactions, including receipts, storage, picking/staging, transportation, and issuance in the designated Materials Management Tool.
